Entry of your choiceWhat I thought of the book: The book Fahrenheit 451 was a very intriguing book. It was well written and I read it in a day and a half!! It had many different and interesting aspects and made me think about a lot of things including the future and how society views things. The characters were well written and the story was very unique. I thoroughly enjoyed the ideas presented in this book and thought that the whole idea of the censorship of books and free ideas was very practical and realistic. Although I will not go as far as to say it is my favorite book, I will say that I would recommend it to people that like books with implications, as this book makes many. I think that the surprising thing about this book is how it really does have connections to our world today, and you start thinking: What would happen if…
What I thought of the project: I think that it is very good and interesting. The blogs are an excruciating amount of work, but it is easier to do on the Internet. What I really like about the blogs is the fact that they are easy to use, and don’t take a huge amount of time to setup and use. I also think it will be more beneficial to us, the students, when we have IB English in a year and a half. Overall I have enjoyed this assignment so far, and am eagerly awaiting the future novels and blogs.

I totally agree with your thought of Fahrenehit 451. I thought that this book was very unique. After I finished reading this book, I was like 'wow'. If I were the author, I would've never even thought about the whole "future" idea. Brilliant of Bradbury!
Even though this book was unique, it wasn't the best. Like you would, I would also recommand this book to other people with science-fiction fiction interest. :) I also thought that this blog project was something new and interesting to try. ^U^

The book was interesting and also made me think about the future and the value of books. I did enjoy reading this book, but it is definitely not my favorite book, because I don't like 'SCIENCE FICTION'.
What I think of the project: This project is fun! (Although it takes a GREAT AMOUNT of time.) The project is very different from others, and I think it was a really good idea of Mrs.McAllister! It also shows our thoughts and the think I really like about the blogs is that others can read and leave a comment about their personal thoughts. =D

Same here! I also thought that the concept was very interesting. The author did a great job on describing and capturing the reader's attention about the ideal future without books. Who would have thought firefighters could be people who MADE fire, not EXTINGUISH the fire? I was impressed. I think it was a good book to read that really got the readers rollong their brains about the future.
At first, I didn't like all these projects on blogging, but got used to it. Now I think it's a good idea to do this kind of activity for our homework:)
I thought that the idea of the book was interesting, but the way it was written was boring. I don't think I would reccomend anyone to read this book because I think there are better books than this one. If this event actually will happen in the world, I don't worry about it because it will probably happen after I die. =) hehe
